NON-FURNITURE RETURNS

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.
  • Include the original packing slip and a brief note indicating the reason for return.

How to Start a Return
Email support@historycompany.com to initiate your return. We'll issue a prepaid return label and step-by-step shipping instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@historycompany.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

 



FURNITURE RETURNS

Please review this section before ordering. Many furniture pieces are made-to-order or one-of-a-kind, and specific conditions apply.

If you discover an issue after delivery, contact support@historycompany.com immediately. Retain all packing materials until you are fully satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase.

  • Furniture returns must be approved and arranged within 10 days of delivery and returned within 30 days.
  • Non-defective custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Approved furniture returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
