Shipping policy

Orders received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m., on weekends, or on holidays will usually ship the next business day.

All shipments originate from Ithaca, New York. We ship using UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver / SurePost, and USPS Ground. Delivery is usually about 3–5 business days within the continental United States, depending on the destination ZIP code and carrier transit time.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Furniture Shipping

All custom furniture pieces are built to order and typically require a 6-9 week lead time before shipment. Transit times may vary depending on your location.

Free To-Your-Door Shipping includes delivery to the first threshold, loading dock, or curbside and requires a signature upon delivery. Please note that carriers are unable to deliver up stairs or inside your home, apartment, or business. Customers should arrange for assistance to move items indoors upon arrival.

Customers are also responsible for unpacking and the disposal or recycling of all packing materials.
