was $6,900.00
Now $3,900.00 you save $3,000.00 (44%)Steeped in history, the original bed was purchased in 1861 by Mary Todd Lincoln as part of her refurbishing of the executive mansion. Although Abraham Lincoln never actually slept in the bed, several other Presidents did, including Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson. In 1902, the President's personal office became the Lincoln Bedroom and home to the historic bed. It remains the only room in the White House dedicated to a single President.
Master craftsmen have faithfully hand-carved every detail of the Lincoln “Grapevine” Bed in 100% mahogany, and scaled the frame to accommodate a contemporary queen-size mattress.
