Shipping Information

We ship most orders from the HISTORY COMPANY fulfillment center, via UPS standard delivery service to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order. Furniture and other items (where noted) may take longer and may have additional charges, and if ordered with other items will arrive separately. Delivery information may be found on the product detail pages for these items. Shipping charges are per delivery address; items that require separate shipping will not incur additional delivery charges. Additional freight charges may apply to some large and heavy items. This amount is listed at the item level on product detail page and will be added to the standard delivery charges. Items cannot ship to PO Boxes due to size/weight restrictions. Returns and Exchanges

HISTORY COMPANY strives to achieve the highest level of service in our industry. Our goal is to provide clients with the best possible shopping experience. We aim to provide the best in quality and service.

NON FURNITURE RETURNS Returns and exchanges for regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise are performed happily under the following conditions: Items must be returned in new, unused condition (and in original packaging, please) within 30 days of purchase date. Custom orders, discontinued, sale or closeout items excluded. Apologetically, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages and shipping charges are not included on refunds. FURNITURE RETURNS If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please contact us at (800) 891-0466. We may be able to resolve a problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item, if necessary. If it is necessary to return or exchange a furniture item, please contact us at (800) 891-0466. We will arrange the return shipment with a freight company. Please note that furniture returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges are not included on refunds.
